摘要
目的观察、分析在行维持性血液透析的慢性肾衰竭合并神经系统并发症患者的治疗中,总结并阐述血液灌流联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭神经系统并发症的应用效果。方法特选取本院接收的行维持性血液透析的慢性肾衰竭合并神经系统并发症患者90例作为研究对象;分为两组。每组45例,对照组行血液透析治疗路径;实验组行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗路径。观察分析两组的治疗效果。结果在骨痛、皮肤痉痒、睡眠不佳、自我感觉良好、食欲减退、干体质量增加、不宁腿综合征等指标的对比上,实验组明显优于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗有效率为95.6%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行维持性血液透析的慢性肾衰竭合并神经系统并发症患者的治疗中,相比于行血液透析治疗路径来说,行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗路径的治疗理效果更为显著,不良并发症发生情况少,安全性高,值得有效的应用。
Objective To observe and analysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure with neurological complications of treatment, summarizes and expounds the blood perfusion combined hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure and application effect of neurological complications. Methods 90 cases of chronic renal failure combined with neurologic complications were selected as the study subjects.There are two groups. In each group, 45 patients were treated with hemodialysis therapy. The experimental group combined hemodialysis therapy with hemoperfusion. Observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the comparison of the indicators such as bone pain, itching of the skin, poor sleep, good sense of self, loss of appetite, weight gain and restless legs syndrome. The difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was 95.6%, and the control group was 80.0%, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure with neurological complications of the treatment, compared to the line of blood dialysis treatment path,line the path of blood perfusion with hemodialysis therapy treatment effect is more pronounced, less adverse complications occurrence, high safety, is effective application.
