摘要
目的对比分析布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法研究对象选自本院肺炎患儿90例(均为2016年10月～2017年10月期间收治),随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。给予对照组患者常规疗法进行治疗,在对照组基础上使用布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗观察组患儿,观察两组患儿治疗后发热、气喘及咳嗽症状消失时间,还需对两组患儿的疗效与不良反应做记录。结果两组患儿经过不同的方案治疗后,观察组患儿发热、肺部啰音及咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组患儿(P<0.05),临床总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组患儿的(77.78%)(P<0.05),其不良反应发生率(6.66%)与对照组患儿(15.56%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论在针对小儿肺炎的治疗中,应用布地奈德雾化吸入法进行治疗可显著改善患儿发热、气喘及咳嗽症状,是个优良的治疗方案。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of nebulization of budesonide on children with pneumonia. Methods Subjects were selected from 90 patients with pneumonia in our hospital（all from October 2016 to October 2017）. Children were randomly assigned to add（45 patients） to the control group or（45 patients） to the observation group and to the control group. The patients were treated with conventional therapy.Budesonide nebulization was added to the control group to treat the observation group. The fever, asthma, and cough disappearance after treatment were observed in the two groups. The efficacy of the two groups was also needed. Record with adverse reactions. Results After two groups of children were treated with different regimens, the fever, lung rales and disappearance time of cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total clinical efficiency（95.56%） was higher than the control group. In the group of children（77.78%）（P〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions（6.66%） was not statistically different from that in the control group（15.56%）. Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia, the application of budesonide nebulization can significantly improve the symptoms of fever, asthma, and cough in children. It is an excellent treatment plan.
