摘要
目的 探讨MiniQuest教学模式对提高骨科护士批判性思维能力的影响.方法 2017年1—5月,选择在某省4所三级医院骨科工作的护士76名为研究对象.采用护士长抽签法将2所医院的护士设为观察组,另外2所医院的护士设为对照组,最终观察组36名,对照组40名.对照组护士采用常规的科室业务学习,观察组护士采用MiniQuest教学方法,采用批判性思维能力测量表比较2组护士的批判性思维能力.结果 干预后观察组护士批判性思维能力测量表中的寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、批判性思维的自信心、认知成熟度及总分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组护士求知欲维度得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 MiniQuest教学模式能够提高骨科护士批判性思维能力,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the influence of MiniQuest teaching model on improving critical thinking ability of nurses in Department of Orthopedics. Methods From January to May 2017, 76 nurses in Orthopedics Department from 4 Class Ⅲ hospitals of one province were selected as the research objects. The nurses of 2 hospitals were set up as the observation group by drawing method of head nurse, and the nurses of the other 2 hospitals were set as the control group, with 36 cases in the observation group and 40 in the control group. The nurses in the control group were taught by routine department work. The observation group was trained with MiniQuest teaching method, and the Critical Thinking Ability Scale was used to compare the critical thinking of 2 groups of nurses. Results The fact finding, open thinking, analytical ability, systematic ability, critical thinking self-confidence, cognitive maturity and total score of the Critical Thinking Ability Scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the score of dimension of thirst for knowledge between the two groups of nurses (P〉0.05). Conclusions MiniQuest teaching model can improve the critical thinking ability of nurses in department of orthopedics, and it is worthy of popularizing.
