摘要
产后抑郁的母亲对于孩子缺乏责任感，母婴互动较少，不仅给产妇自身、家庭带来不良影响，对婴儿成长，特别是对其认知及情感行为发育产生不利的影响。本文综述了国内外早产儿母亲产后抑郁的发生现状、影响因素、护理干预措施，旨在为临床护理实践提供借鉴与指导。
Postpartum depression has negative effects on both mothers and families. It significantly affects infants＇ development of cognition and emotional behaviors since the lack of mothers＇ responsibility and insufficient interaction with their children. This paper aims to investigate the current situation of postpartum depression, and to explore the related influence factors and nursing interventions as guidance in clinical nursing practice.
