摘要
目的探讨心理干预对具有抑郁焦虑情绪的老年慢性病患者及其照顾者躯体功能和精神心理状况的影响。方法选取2014年10—12月存在抑郁焦虑情绪的社区老年慢性病患者及其照顾者各50例。第1年仅对患者进行心理干预;第2年对患者及其照顾者共同进行心理干预,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评价心理干预对患者及其照顾者生活质量的影响。计量资料比较采用重复测量方差分析,两两比较采用LSD-t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干预后不同时间点老年慢性病患者及其照顾者的SF-36各项评分呈上升趋势,差异有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对具有抑郁焦虑情绪的老年慢性病患者和照顾者同时进行心理干预,不仅可以提高患者的生活质量,同时可以提高其照顾者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the physical and mental state of the chronic diseases elderly patients with depression and anxiety and their caregivers.Methods Elderly chronic diseases patients with depression and anxiety and their caregivers all 50 cases were selected in my community from October to December 2014. In the first year, only psychological intervention was carried out on elder chronic diseases patients. In the second year, the patients and their caregivers were involved in psychological intervention. The impact of psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients and their caregivers was evaluated by using the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey（SF-36）.Measurement data were compared by repeated measures analysis of variance,pairwise comparison were performed with LSD-t test,and count data were used by χ^2 test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The SF-36 scores of the elderly patients with chronic diseases and their caregivers at different time points increased after psychological intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Psychological intervention for elderly patients with chronic depression and caregivers with depression and anxiety can not only improve quality of life of the patients, but also improve quality of life of their caregivers.
