摘要
信息网络技术的进步推动着虚拟社会的不断发展,各种治安问题也随之凸显,严重影响到虚拟社会的健康发展。虚拟社会的治安问题主要表现为危害网络安全的行为、扰乱网络秩序妨害虚拟社会管理的行为以及网络侵权行为等三种类型。因虚拟社会具有不同于传统现实社会的特殊组织结构和运行规律,虚拟社会的治安防控面临着更为严峻的挑战。对当前我国虚拟社会治安防控中存在的问题,应当从制度防控、协同防控、社会防控以及技术防控等四个方面着手,推动虚拟社会治安防控建设的有效进行。
The progress of information network technology has promoted the continuous development of virtual so- ciety, all kinds of public security problems also will be highlighted, and seriously affect the healthy development of vir- tual society. The public security problems in virtual society mainly include three types of behaviors： Firstly, endangering network security. Secondly, disrupting network order and impairing the management of virtual society. Thirdly, network infringement. Because the virtual society has the special organization structure and operation rules different from the traditional reality society, the security and control of virtual society which are facing more serious challenges. In view of the existing problems of public security prevention and control in China＇s virtual society, we should start from four aspects of system prevention and control, cooperative prevention and control, social prevention and control, and tech- nical prevention and control, in order to promote the effective construction of public security prevention and control in virtual society.
