摘要
随着信息技术的发展,工艺过程和质量管控平台将在热轧生产过程中发挥积极的作用。介绍了热轧工艺过程和质量管控平台的功能组成和实现方式。通过结合数据驱动算法及智能算法,这一平台可以实现轧制过程的精准质量判定、过程参数监控、质量缺陷分析、质量相关设备监控等功能,这些功能为热轧厂实现智能化、少人化、精细化提供了有力的支撑。在国内多个热轧生产线的应用表明:该平台可有效提高产品质量稳定性、降低质量缺陷风险及提高生产效率。热轧工艺过程和质量管控平台也可为钢铁生产过程其他工序或全流程实现质量管控技术提供借鉴。
Based on the development of information technology,the technics process and quality management platform will play an active role in hot rolling.The function and realization method of technics process and quality management platform were introduced.By combining data driven method and intelligent algorithm,precise quality judgment,process parameter monitoring,quality defect analysis and quality related equipment monitoring could be realized in the platform,and it could provide strong support for the smart factory,unmanned management and precision control.The application in domestic hot rolling mills show that the platform can effectively improve product quality stability,reduce the risk of quality defects and improve labor efficiency.The technics process and quality management platform in hot rolling also can provide reference for other process or whole process in iron and steel production.
