摘要
对三维模型轻量化技术和可视化检测体系进行研究,分析当前制造企业检测工艺资源与管理脱节、检测质量与效率低、检测可视化程度低、三维数模浏览困难等问题,提出基于三维轻量化模型的可视化检测系统。本文以三维轻量化模型为基础,并采用压缩简化算法对三维模型进行简化,然后通过三维CAD、可视化检测系统和产品数据管理集成,从而实现基于三维轻量化模型的可视化检测系统。该系统完成对检测过程的数据收集和检测资源的传递,有效降低企业成本,解决检测工艺资源管理与检测过程可视化程度低的问题,实现了检测三维模型信息即时反馈、无缝传递。
On the basis of three-dimensional lightweight model, the three-dimensional model has been simplified by use of compression simplification algorithm. Then through the three-dimensional CAD, visual inspection system and product data management integration, the visual inspection system based on three-dimensional lightweight model has been achieved. In this system, the data collection of the inspection process and the transfer of inspection resources have been completed. Thus in this way, the cost of the enterprise has been effectively reduced, while the problems of detection process resource management and low visibility of the inspection process have been solved. Finally, the instant feedback and seamless delivery of the inspection three-dimensional model information have been realized.
