摘要
为探讨三联术联合中药熏洗治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效,将52例直肠脱垂患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各26例,对照组采用三联术治疗,即直肠脱垂黏膜瘢痕支持固定术、黏膜下点状注射术和肛门紧缩术,治疗组在三联术的基础上,术后予以中药熏洗。对比2组治愈率和术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,2组总有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;但是治疗组在术后肛门疼痛、直肠脱出、肛门坠胀感和局部潮湿瘙痒感方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结果表明,与单纯三联术治疗相比,三联术联合中药熏洗治疗直肠脱垂临床疗效更为显著,值得临床推广应用。
This study was to explore the clinical effect of TCM fuming ＆ wash combined with the three in one procedure（or triplet procedure） in the treatment of rectal prolapse（RP）,randomly divided 52 RP pa- tients into control group and treatment one,26 cases for each,which the former adopted the triplet proce- dure,i.e support ＆ fixation for prolapsed mucosa scar, submucous point-like injection and contraction of anus,meanwhile the latter was also added TCM fuming-wash after the triplet procedure; then compared curative rate and postoperative complication. As results, both group＇s total effective rate had no statistical difference（all 100%, P 〉0.05）;but in postoperative complication as pain of anus, rectum prolapsed, te nesmus of anus,and its local moisture pruritus was significantly superior to the former,there was statisti- cal difference （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the three-in one procedure complicated with TCM fuming ＆ wash has more significant clinical effect than alone the procedure, which is worth to popularizing and using clinically.
