摘要
针对在冲砂、钻磨铣工作中井口需要安装高压密封装置密封井口,原有桶形高压自封较厚,安装后井口操作不方便,密封效果差等问题,研制了快速拆装式井口密封装置,分为低、高压两种,使用时把该自封装置的两个分体用井口螺栓分别固定在防喷器上端面,即可完成分体式自封装置的安装。分体式自封装置体积小巧,安装快速,能够实现井口防落物、油管扶正、油管刮油、保护防喷器上平面等功能,经现场使用,效果良好,已在现场推广应用。
During sand washing, drilling and milling, high pressure sealing device is usually required to seal the wellhead. However, current barrel shape au- to isolators are too thick, causing inconveniencein operation, and poor sealing effect. To solve this problem we have proposed a new fast - dismounting well- head sealing device, which has high pressure and low pressure modes. When used, simply fixing the two parts of the self sealing device on the upper end of the blowout preventer （BOP） with the well head bolts will complete the installation. The self sealing device is small in volume and fast to install, with the function of prevention of falling objects from wellhead, oil pip ecentralizing, oil pipe scraping and protection of the BOP plane. It was successfully tested in the field and obtained satisfying results.
