摘要 为了更好地培养符合我国高等医学教育事业发展和医药卫生科技现代化需求的专门人才,在优化课程体系的同时,探索科学、有效的人才培养模式十分必要。西安交通大学为基础医学专业学生分两个阶段配备学业-学术双导师,实施全程、一对一指导,以言传与身教相结合的方式培养高素质的专业人才。文章就学业-学术双导师模式的实施以及学生的反馈进行总结,剖析实施过程所面临的问题,为寻找科学、高效的基础专业人才培养模式提供依据。 With the development of health science, talents both in medical practice and research are in urgent demand. In order to meet the requirements, in addition to the alteration of curriculum, a new tutor-supervisor system was set up for students majoring in basic medicine in Xi' an Jiaotong University Health Science Centre. Along with the 5 years' training, every student has one tutor in charge during the first 2.5 years and one supervisor in the next 2.5 years. Different responsibilities are given to the teachers in the two different stages. This paper summarizes the implementation of tutor-supervisor system and the feedback from students. It will benefit the talent training in basic medical sciences.
