摘要
针对平潭海峡公铁两用大桥复杂的施工环境,结合该铁路简支箱梁施工,研发了国内首台双孔连做架桥机。通过对比单孔架桥机与双孔连做架桥机,总结了双孔连做架桥机的特点;并介绍双孔连做架桥机结构、工作原理、结构抗台风措施、施工工艺流程和关键施工技术,为今后双孔连做架桥机更广泛的应用提供参考和经验。
The paper aimed at the complex construction environment of highway and railway combined bridge over the Pingtan Strait, and combined with the construction of the simple support box beam, the bridging machine for two-span was developed first time in China. By comparing of the single-span bridging machine and the double-span one, the characteristics of the double-span machine were summarized. The bridging structure, working principles, measures for resistance to the typhoon, construction procedure and key technologies were introduced. It could be served as a reference for the widely use of two-span bridging machine in the future.
