摘要
近年来,关于教师道德败坏事件频发,严重影响了教师在民众心目中的形象。"师德滑坡"现象愈来愈受到人们的关注。文章分析了师德败坏产生的原因,即:科研成果论成败的评价标准、高校扩招带来的负效应、应试教育和学历教育带来的影响以及高校学生的维权意识薄弱等,据此提出了加强师德建设的建议。
In recent years,the frequent occurrence of moral corruption in teachers has seriously affected teachers＇image in the public＇s mind.The phenomenon of ＂shi DE landslide＂ is getting more and more attention.This paperanalyzes the ethics of the causes of corruption,namely：the success or failure of the theory of scientific research evaluationstandard,the negative effect from the college expansion,the impact of exam-oriented education and academic educationand college students＇ rights consciousness is weak,therefore puts forward Suggestions to strengthen the construction ofethics.
