摘要
近几年来,我国社会经济发展,百姓生活水平的不断提升,肉类产品的产量和流通量也在不断增加,消费者对肉羊类产品的多样性和优良性的需求越来越高,因此,肉类的运输对冷链物流的要求也越来越严格。发达的冷链物流已经成为现代农业的重要特征,而其中的信息流对于冷链物流的发展又产生了重大的影响。文中针对江苏肉羊类产品在冷链物流信息流采集过程中存在的问题,提出优化策略。
In recent years,China＇s social and economic development,the continuous improvement of the living standards of the people,the production and circulation of meat products are also increasing,the demand for the diversity and virtuous of the meat products is becoming higher and higher,so the demand for the transport of meat to the cold chain logistics is also more stringent. The developed cold chain logistics has become an important feature of modern agriculture,and the information flow has played a significant role in the development of cold chain logistics. Aiming at the problems existing in the collection process of Jiangsu sheep meat products in the cold chain logistics information flow,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy.
