摘要
王云启教授认为癌性腹水的发病机制主要是脏腑功能失调、气血水运化失司。"阳虚水泛、毒瘀胶结"贯穿疾病始终,故以温阳健脾利水为基本治则,配合行气化瘀解毒,创制外敷膏贴腹水I号方,通过抑制肿瘤的生长及转移从而减轻腹水,临床疗效确切。
In opinion of Professor Wang Yunqi, the pathogenesis of cancerous ascites is mainly due to the dysfunction of the organs and the loss of blood and water. The theory of ＂water overflowing due to Yang deficiency, internal binding of poison and stasis＂ is throughout the disease. The external application paste Fushui No.1 was created with the basic principle warming Yang and invigorating spleen for diuresis combined with the circulation of Qi, dissolving blood stasis and detoxication. The prescription showed good clinical effect by inhibiting the growth and metastasis of tumor to reduce ascites.
