摘要
目前《食品企业管理》课程的教学存在理论教学量多、教学方法单一、课程考核方式落后、学生积极性差等突出问题。本文主要通过对《食品企业管理》课程进行项目化教学改革的探索,包括教学实施程序和教学效果评价的内容,力争为培养动手能力和创新能力强的应用型管理人才打下基础。
Nowadays,there are many problems in the teaching of "Food Enterprise Management" courses,such asthe large amount of theoretical teaching,the single teaching method,the backward assessment methods of courses,and thepoor enthusiasm of students.This article mainly focus on the exploration of project-based teaching reform of "FoodEnterprise Management" courses,including teaching implementation process and teaching effect evaluation content,inorder to cultivate practical ability and innovative ability for application-oriented management talents.
