摘要
本文将以课程为导向的传统教育理念,转变到以学生创业就业为导向的观念上来,促进高校人才培养与社会对创业就业需求的紧密对接。团队实施产学研用联动,为大学生创新创业能力培养搭建系列平台,开拓多种培养途径和方法,在创新创业教育上形成了有独自特色的规范化的教育形式、常态化的保障体系、集群化的就业基地,成功构建了"一导向、三平台、三保障"的创新创业教育保障体系和长效机制,确保大学生创新创业教育的可持续发展。
In this paper, in order to promote the talent cultivationof colleges and universities to be closely linked to the social demandfor entrepreneurship and employment, our concept ischanged from the traditional curriculum-oriented education tothe education oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship. Totrain innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students,our team has implemented industry-education-research-applicationlinkage, built a series of platforms and developed a varietyof training ways and methods. On the education of innovation andentrepreneurship, the normalized education form with own characteristics,the normalized security system and the clustering employmentbase have been formed. Innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation system and a long-term mechanism, based on＂one guiding, three platforms, three safeguards＂ mode, have beenbuilt successfully, for ensuring the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students.
