摘要
目前,我国的社会结构、经济结构都发生了很大的变化。警察在接处警的过程中依法执行职务受到侵害的事件时有发生,现象日益严重。主要是暴力抗法、公然袭击频发、诬告陷害,恶意投诉,以轻暴力或者非暴力手段干扰警察执法,工作量大,心里压力大,身心亚健康,追究其原因,研究其对策,有利于保障警察权益,调动警察工作的积极性,创建和谐的警民关系,维护社会治安秩序,推动和谐社会的建设。
At present, great changes have taken place in China’s social structure and economic structure. The incidents in which the police carried out duties in violation of the law in the process of handling police officers have occurred from time to time, and the phenomenon has become increasingly serious. The main reasons are violence against the law, open attacks frequently, false accusations, malicious complaints, use of light violence or non-violent means to interfere with police enforcement, heavy workload, mental pressure, mental and sub-health, investigate the causes, and study its countermeasures. It will help safeguard the rights and interests of the police, mobilize the enthusiasm of the police, create a harmonious relationship between the police and the people, maintain social security order, and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
