摘要
针对现有选择性完井技术存在的容易出现密封失效、滑套无法开启以及射孔枪射孔造成套管损伤等问题,设计了选择性完井管柱。该管柱采用长胶筒裸眼封隔器配合球座可溶性滑套与液体承留滑套的工艺方式,实现了层间封隔,可有效避免层间干扰;滑套与球均由可溶材料制成,在生产过程中滑套与球座会自动溶解,无需特种施工作业即可实现全通径井筒,不影响后期的生产及修井作业,减少了对套管和井筒的损害与污染,降低了作业费用与作业风险,节约了施工时间,延长了井筒寿命。现场应用结果表明:选择性完井管柱能很好地适应现场需求,解决了井底高温、高压、井眼不规则和出水严重需进行产层封隔等多项技术难题,提高了单井产量。
To address the problems of the current selective completion technology,such as sealing failure,failed sliding sleeve open and casing damage caused by perforation,a selective completion string is designed. The string achieves isolation to avoid interlayer interference using the combination of long rubber openhole packer with dissolvable ball seat sliding sleeve and liquid retaining sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve and ball seat are made of dissolvable materials,which could be automatically dissolved during production,presenting full bore for production and workover without additional operation. The completion string could reduce the casing damage and formation damage,lower the operating costs and risks with reduced rig time and extended wellbore life. The field application results showed that the selective completion string could perfectly meet the field requirements,addressed a number of technical problems such as high temperature,high pressure,irregular wellbore,and high water cut required for layer isolation,and improved single well production.
