摘要
目的:探讨雷贝拉唑联合曲美布汀治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法:收治慢性浅表性胃炎患者88例,随机分为对照组和联合用药组。对照组采用曲美布汀治疗,联合用药组采用雷贝拉唑联合曲美布汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合用药组临床干预效果、症状平均消失时间、平均治愈时间、干预后临床症状积分和生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合曲美布汀治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果显著,安全性高。
Objective：To explore the effect of rabeprazole combined with trimebutine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods：88 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the combined medication group.The control group was treated with trimebutine,and the combined medication group was treated with rabeprazole combined with trimebutine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the combined medication group,the clinical intervention effect,the time of symptom disappearance,the average cure time,the clinical symptom score after intervention and the quality- of life score were all significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of rabeprazole combined with trimebutine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis was significant,and the security- was high.
