摘要
目的:探讨急诊内科急性腹痛的发病原因,制定有效治疗方案,提升临床诊断水平。方法:收治急性腹痛患者100例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:确诊内科系统疾病85例,临床诊断率为91.52%,误诊率为8.48%。结论:急诊科是医院的重要科室,急诊医生需具备更高的专业能力,对患者病情做出准确判断,避免误诊。急性腹痛十分常见,具有发病快、疼痛明显、病因复杂等特征,需引起临床医务工作者的高度重视。
Objective：To explore the causes of acute abdominal pain in emergency internal medicine,formulate effective treatment plan,and improve the level of clinical diagnosis.Methods：100 patients with acute abdominal pain were selected and the clinical data were reviewed.Resuhs：85 cases of medical system diseases were diagnosed,the clinical diagnosis rate was 91.52%,and the rate of misdiagnosis was 8.48% .Conclusion：The emergency department was an important section of the hospital,and the emergency doctor should have a higher professional abiliu,make an accurate judgement on the patient＇s condition and avoid misdiagnosis.Acute abdominal pain was very common,with the characteristics of rapid onset,obvious pain and complicated etiological factors,which should be paid more attention by clinical medical workers.
