摘要
通用机电设备安装工作包括安装、调试、测试、验收、操作的几个重要环节,无论哪个部分出现问题都将减少机电设备安装的质量,影响工程的经济效益,然而大型机电设备在冶金行业由于行业的特殊性,一般的复杂和连续操作的工作环境差,一旦机电设备出问题,就需花费大量的时间,人力和物质资源来修复,同时也会推迟生产计划,导致经济损失。因此,在安装大型机电设备的初期,我们要认真对待,确保设备安装的质量和准确性,避免在生产过程中出现安装问题造成的故障。分析了冶金机电安装工程中常见质量通病防治。
The mechanical and electrical equipment installation generally includes several links such as equipment installation,commissioning,testing of several important links,acceptance and operation. Regardless of each one part of the problems will reduce the quality of installation of electromechanical equipment,and affect the economic benefit of engineering. Due to the particularity of the industry,large mechanical and electrical equipment in metallurgy industry are generally in the complex and poor working environment and continuous operation. Once the electromechanical equipment breaks out,it will need a lot of time,manpower and material resources to repair it. Also,it will delay the production plan and result in economic losses. Therefore,at the beginning of large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment installation should be taken seriously to ensure the quality and accuracy of equipment installation work,to avoid the production process caused by the installation problems caused. This paper analyzed the prevention methods against common quality defects and control in metallurgical electromechanical installation engineering.
