体外反搏对脑卒中瘫痪患者下肢深静脉血栓的作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察体外反搏对脑卒中合并瘫痪患者深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法根据治疗过程中是否使用体外反搏治疗(ECP)将120例脑卒中合并瘫痪患者分为ECP组与对照组,对照组采用常规手段治疗,ECP组在常规治疗基础上接受10次以上ECP治疗。统计两组患者在住院过程中出现下肢深静脉血栓的例数并进行比较。结果 ECP组共入组病例55例,对照组共入组病例65例。治疗期间ECP组发现下肢深静脉血栓率为3.64%(2/55),明显低于对照组的16.92%(11/65)(P<0.05)。结论体外反搏能够有效预防脑卒中瘫痪患者下肢深静脉血栓的形成。 【Objective】To observe the effect of external counterpulsation(ECP) on deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.【Methods】Totally 120 hemiplegia patients after acute stroke were divided into external counterpulsation(ECP) group and control group according to accepting external counterpulsation or not. Regular therapy was arranged for patients in control group. Patients in ECP group accepted ECP for at least 10 times besides regular therapy. The numbers of DVT in two groups were compared.【Results】Two cases of DVT were noted in ECP group while 11 cases of DVT were detected in control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】External counterpulsation was helpful for preventing the formation of DVT in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
