摘要
目的本文就胸腔镜辅助下新生儿食管闭锁手术的护理方法及效果进行探讨,并总结护理体会。方法选取2015年3月至2017年2月在我院接受胸腔镜下食管闭锁手术的82例新生儿,按照手术先后顺序分为实验组(n=41)与参照组(n=41),参照组患儿的围术期护理方案为常规护理,实验组的护理方案为综合护理,比较不同护理方案的护理结果及家长满意度。结果实验组患儿的并发症发生率低于参照组,住院时间对比参照组更短,家长满意对比参照组更高,统计结果均为P<0.05。结论为行胸腔镜下食管闭锁手术的新生儿实施综合护理,对减少并发症、缩短住院时间具有重要作用,还可提高家长满意度,可将综合护理模式作为该类患儿的首选护理方案。
Objective To discuss the nursing method and effect of neonates thoracic esophagus atresia assisted by thoracoscopy, and summarize nursing experience. Methods Choose 82 neonates with thoracoscopic esophageal atresia in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017, divide them into experimental group（n=41） and reference group（n=41） according to surgery sequence. Perioperative nursing plan of reference group was routine nursing, and that of experimental group was comprehensive nursing. Compare nursing results and parents＇ satisfaction degree of different nursing plan. ResultsComplications incidence of experimental group was lower than reference group, hospitalization time was shorter, parents＇ satisfaction degree was higher than reference group, statistical results all showed P〈0.05. Conclusion comprehensive nursing has important effect for neonates with thoracoscopic esophageal atresia surgery to reduce complications and shorten hospitalization time, and improve parents＇ satisfaction degree, which can be preferred nursing plan for comprehensive nursing mode of children.
