摘要
海洋渔业作为舟山的传统产业,对舟山的经济发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文通过灰色关联分析法对舟山海洋捕捞业、海水养殖业、远洋渔业、水产品加工业、水产品流通业等五个方面进行分析研究,认为各因素影响程度为:水产品加工业>海洋捕捞业>海水养殖业>水产品流通业>远洋渔业。认为水产品加工业为舟山渔业的支柱产业;海洋渔业产业结构得到一定的优化,其中第一产业内部逐渐优化,捕捞产业比重下降,远洋渔业发展迅速,海水养殖业发展良好;水产品流通业是舟山经济发展的潜力所在。最后,本文针对当前海洋渔业各产业存在的问题提出相应地建议,为政府部门制定相关政策提供参考依据,以助力舟山海洋渔业健康可持续发展。
As a traditional industry, marine fishery plays an important role in the economic development of Zhou Shan. In this paper, the grey relational analysis method was used to analyze five aspects of marine fishery industry in Zhou Shan： marine fishing, mariculture, pelagic fisheries,aquatic products processing, and aquatic product circulation. The influence degree of various factors are shown followed： aquatic products processing marine fishing mariculture aquatic product circulation pelagic fisheries. The result indicate that aquatic products processing is pillar industry of marine fishery in Zhou Shan; the structure of marine fisheries have been optimized： first the first industry gradually optimized, second the proportion of fishing industry was decreased, tried pelagic fisheries is developing rapidly, finally mariculture has developed steadily; aquatic product circulation is the potential driving force for economic development in Zhou Shan. In view of the current problems, we put forward some useful suggestions as a reference for government formulates the relevant policies, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of marine fisheries in Zhoushan.
