摘要
概率潮流计算能够处理电力系统中的各种不确定性因素,是可再生能源大规模接入背景下电力系统静态运行安全分析的重要工具。该文将奇异值分解技术和全概率理论引入随机响应面法概率潮流计算框架中,提出一种能够处理高维随机变量的概率潮流计算方法,并在概率潮流计算过程中考虑输电支路随机故障和常规发电机组的有功功率调度。采用标准测试系统对所提方法的有效性进行验证。算例仿真分析结果表明所提方法能够灵活处理多种类型的输入随机变量,并同时具有良好的计算效率和精度。
With the large-scale integration of renewable energy generation systems, the accurate and efficient probabilistic load flow calculation is of great importance to the static operation analysis of power systems. By introducing the singular value decomposition and the total probability theory to the stochastic response surface method, this paper proposed a new probabilistic load flow calculation method. The generation dispatch of active power was also considered in the calculation scheme to better handle with the uncertain power injections. The validity of the proposed method was tested on standard test system. The simulation results show that the proposed method can deal with various of stochastic variables and has the advantages of satisfactory computation efficiency and calculation accuracy.
