基于倒置技术的白光数码管荧光粉喷涂工艺研究

摘要 采用高温固相法将黄色荧光粉掺入硅胶,按一定计量比制备黄色荧光粉混合胶,将混合胶喷涂于倒置芯片表面封装成白光数码管。通过仪器设备对样品的光色性能进行了测试和机理的分析。结果表明,采用倒置工艺白光数码管比传统点胶白光数码管平均光通量提高了约为16.4%,平均色温下降约为10.6%,出光一致性更理想。研究表明在数码管显示领域应用芯片倒置和荧光粉喷涂技术对白光LED发光器件光色性能有明显的提升。 The yellow phosphor powder was mixed with silica gel of a certain ratio by high temperature solid phase method,and the mixed glue was sprayed onto the surface of the inverted chip to be used as a white light digital tube.The light color performance of the samples was analyzed by experiments,which showed that,the average optical flux of the white light digital tube with inverted technology increased by about 16.4%,while the average color temperature decreased by about 10.6% and the uniformity of light was more ideal.The research proves that the application of chip inversion and fluorescent powder spraying technology has a significant improvement in the light color performance of the device.
