摘要
目的 探讨心血管内科护理中存在的护理风险及相关的防范策略.方法 从心血管内科2016年1月至2017年1月收治的患者中选取78例以及同期25名护理人员作为研究对象,并通过调查问卷的方式回顾性分析其护理情况,总结护理中存在的不安全因素及防范策略.结果 心血管内科存在的护理风险主要涵括患者因素、护理人员因素和医院管理这3大方面.结论 建立健全的心血管内科护理相关制度,加强护理人员的技能培训,提升自身的护理水平,增加护患之间的沟通与交流,通过这些措施来提高心血管内科的护理质量,防范护理安全事件,构建和谐的护患关系.
Objective To explore the nursing risks in cardiovascular internal medicine and the related preventive strategies. Methods From January, 2016 to January, 2017, 78 patients treated at the department of cardiovascular medicine and 25 nurses were selected as research objects. The nursing situation was retrospectively analyzed through questionnaire. The nursing risks and prevention strategies were summarized. Results The main nursing risks in cardiovascular medicine included patient factors, nursing staff factors, and hospital management.Conclusion Establishing and perfecting the system of cardiology nursing care, strengthening the training of nursing staff, raising their level of nursing care, increasing the communication and exchange between nurses and patients, and improving the nursing quality of cardiovascular medicine can prevent nursing safety incident and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
