中国锑资源丰富,储量和产量均居世界首位。中国的锑矿产资源主要有辉锑矿、锑金矿和脆硫铅锑矿等3种类型,而铅冶炼过程中产生的含锑烟灰是重要的锑二次资源。原料不同采用的处理方法也各不相同,辉锑矿和锑金矿主要采用鼓风炉挥发熔炼工艺处理,而脆硫铅锑矿则采用沸腾焙烧—烧结—鼓风炉熔炼—吹炼工艺处理,含锑烟灰主要通过反射炉还原熔炼处理。详细阐述了不同锑原料冶炼工艺的现状,重点介绍了除铅剂、锑白炉、空气氧化法、顶吹法和熔池熔炼等技术在锑冶炼过程中的应用,并结合国家环境保护的要求,展望中国锑冶炼技术的发展方向。
China has rich antimony resources with top reserves and production in the world. The main types of antimony resources in China include stibnite,antimony-gold concentrate,and jamesonite. The soot that contains antimony from lead smelting process is important secondary antimony resource. Different processes are used to treat different raw materials: furnace volatilization smelting process for stibnite and antimony-gold concentrate,the process of fluidized bed roasting-sintering-furnace smelting-blowing for jamesonite,reverberatory furnace reduction smelting for antimonycontaining soot. The paper introduced in detail the current status of different smelting processes for raw antimony materials. In the introduction,the paper focused on the application of lead removal agent,antimony trioxide furnace,air oxidation method,top blowing method and bath smelting in antimony smelting process. And based on the environmental protection regulations,the paper made an outlook of the development trend of antimony smelting processes in China.
