摘要
缓倾斜中厚矿体由于自身条件所限,一直被视作难采矿体。总结了国内外缓倾斜中厚矿体的开采现状,针对金山金矿采矿损失率偏高、资源回收率偏低等问题,提出了分段空场侧向抛掷爆破采矿法。采用爆力分区侧向抛掷爆破技术,通过改变最小抵抗线的方向,改变矿石的运动轨迹,从而使矿体下盘的矿石通过抛掷作用到达受矿堑沟,从而减小矿石损失率,改善爆破效果。工程应用表明:采用该方法,矿块生产能力312 t/d,采矿损失率9.24%,矿石贫化率6.57%,效果较好,值得推广。
Moderately inclined medium-thick ore body has been regarded as hard-to-mine ore body due to their own conditions. The paper summarized the development status of moderately inclined medium-thick ore body at home and abroad,and based on the high mining loss rate and low resource recovery rate in Jinshan Gold Mine,proposed sublevel open stope and lateral throw blasting extraction plan. The blasting force subsection and lateral throw blasting technique is used to change the ore trajectory by changing the direction of the minimum burden line,and thus the ores in the footwall of the ore body will reach the ore reception trench via throwing. As a result,the ore loss rate is reduced and the blasting performance is improved. The engineering application shows that the method can obtain a block production capacity of 312 t/d,mining loss rate of 9. 24 %,ore dilution rate of 6. 57 %. The method presents good performance and is worth promotion.
