摘要
探讨Wnt5a和β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。采用免疫组化法检测50例乳腺癌组织及24例正常乳腺组织中Wnt5a及β-catenin的阳性表达,并分析Wnt5a及β-catenin与临床病理参数的关系。乳腺癌组织(13/50)中Wnt5a的阳性率显著低于正常乳腺组织(18/24)(P<0.05),乳腺癌组织(33/50)中β-catenin的阳性率显著高于正常乳腺组织(3/24)(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中Wnt5a及β-catenin的阳性表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,与年龄及组织学分级无关。同时乳腺癌组织中Wnt5a与β-catenin表达负相关。Wnt5a及β-catenin共同参与着乳腺癌的发生发展及浸润转移。
To explore the significance and expression of Wnt5a and β-catenin in breast cancer.The expression of Wnt5 aandβ-catenin in 50 cases of breast cancer and 24 cases of breast normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between Wnt5a,β-catenin and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed.The positive rate of Wnt5a in breast cancer（13/50）was lower than that in breast normal tissues（18/24）（P〈0.05）.The positive rate ofβ-catenin in breast cancer（33/50）was higher than that in breast normal tissues（3/24）（P〈0.05）.The expression of Wnt5a and β-catenin in breast cancer was related with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,and wasn＇t related with age and histological grading.The expression of Wnt5a was negative correlated with the expression of β-catenin in breast cancer（P〈0.05）.Wnt5a and β-catenin are involved in the development,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
