摘要
对1∶1万基础测绘"361"增量更新数据进行了研究,基于增量更新数据特点和现有质量相关规定,从抽样方案、质量元素、检查项、质量评定等方面提出了《浙江省1∶1万基础地理信息数据"361"准实时更新工程质量巡检方案》。通过采用不同抽样方案,项目组反复测试和征求过生产单位意见确定了要素重要性分级、样本基数和错误率限值r0等成果质量关键指标,提高了样本的代表性,增强了模型的可操作性。同时,基于错误库开发了自动化评价辅助工具软件,实现了数据质量检查过程的错误拾取自动标注与分类功能,降低了出错率,提高了工作效率和质检信息化程度。
In this article, we studied "361" incremental updating data of 1:10 000 basic surveying and mapping. Based on incremental updating data characteristics and the existing quality regulations, we put forward the 1:10 000 Basic Geographical Information Data "361" Quasi Real-time Updating Project Quality Inspection Plan in Zhejiang Province, from the sampling plan, inspection items, quality evaluation and quality element. And then, we used different sampling schemes, the appropriate sample cardinality N value, error rate limit value to improve the representativeness of the samples, and enhance the operability of model. At the same time, based on error library, we developed an automatic evaluation aids software, to realize the error pickup, automatic tagging and classification function in the data quality checking process, and improve work efficiency and quality inspection informationization level.
