Effect of Different Sorghum Level of Diet Supplemented with Protease on Growing Pig

摘要 为了研究不同高粱水平饲粮补充蛋白酶对生长猪生长性能、肉品质和血清氨基酸含量的影响,选取体重30±7 kg的生长猪设计了4个不同高粱添加水平(0%、20%、50%和80%)的饲养试验。结果显示:各组生长猪的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);各组生长猪的肌肉p H45min值、p H24h值、L*值、a*值、b*值、剪切力等肉品质指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);用高粱替代玉米,并在饲粮中补充蛋白酶后,生长猪前腔静脉、肠系膜静脉和门静脉的血清组氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、甲硫氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸含量有一定的变化。上述结果表明,用高粱替代20%~80%的玉米,并补充一定量的蛋白酶,可作为生长猪的饲粮。 This study aims to investigate the effect of different sorghum level of diet supplemented with protease on growth performance, meat quality and serum amino acid of growing pigs. A total of 24 weighing pigs (average weight, 30 ± 7 kg) were randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group converted six replicates. A randomized block design was the control group, the group A (0% sorghum+0% protease), the group B (20% sorghum+0.015% protease), the group C (50% sorghum+0.015% protease), the group D (80%sorghum+0.015% protease), the experiment lasted for 35 days. The result demonstrated as follows: (1)There no signifcant effect in average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG) and feed/gain (F/G) (P〉0.05). 2) Those indexes, such as pH45min, pH24h, L* value, a* value, b* value and shear force of porcine muscle in growing pig among all groups (P〉0.05). (3) The diet, replaced of 20%, 50% and 80% sorghum for corn, had an impact on the level of serum amino acids (His, Gly, Val, Ala, Glu, Ser, Pro, Met and Leu) in anterior vena cava, mesenteric vein and portal vein. Therefore, 20%-80% sorghum diet after adding protease could replace corn to become the feed energy raw material for the growing pig.
