摘要
人才培养是张之洞一生高度关注、潜心思考和努力实践的重要内容。他提出了明确的教育和人才培养主张,反复强调教育和人才培养的重要性,将教育和人才培养提升到关系国家兴衰成亡的高度,教育思想和人才培养思想是他的思想的一大闪光点。张之洞在人才培养的宗旨、内容、方法、师范教育的地位等方面进行了有益的探索和实践,形成了讲求时务、循序渐进、融贯中西、务求实用的人才培养体系,对当前高等教育生活中培养什么样的人、如何培养人具有重要理论借鉴和应用价值。
Talent cultivation was one of the important education content highly concerned,attentively meditated and diligently practiced by Zhang Zhidong all his life. He came up with clear thoughts on education and talent cultivation,reemphasized their importance and elevated them to the peak of the ups and downs of the state. His thoughts are highlighted by his viewpoints on education and those on talent cultivation. Zhang Zhidong positively explored and practiced the aim,content,approach and normal education of talent cultivation so as to form a system of talent cultivation which focuses on current mission,gradual progress,the fusion of the East and the West as well as practicality. His thoughts on talent cultivation are of great theoretical and practical value to the issues on whom to be cultivated and how to cultivate talent in current higher education.
