摘要
目的:观察铍针减压术联合龙氏仰头摇正法治疗枕大神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将61例枕大神经痛患者随机分为治疗组32例与对照组29例,治疗组采用铍针减压术联合龙氏仰头摇正法治疗,对照组采用颈部湿敷理疗联合针刺治疗,均治疗2周后通过VAS评分、压痛仪测量压痛值、红外热成像测量患侧与健侧温差值评估疗效。结果:2组VAS评分、压痛值、患侧与健侧温差值治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:铍针减压术联合龙氏仰头摇正法治疗枕大神经痛的临床疗效满意,患者依从性好,优于颈部湿敷理疗联合针灸治疗。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of sword-like needledecompression combined with Long＇s head-raising and bonesetting method in the treatment of great occipital neuralgia. Methods： A total of 61 patients with great occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group with 32 patients and control group with 29 patients. The patients in the treatment group were given sword-like needledecompression combined with Long＇s head-raising and bonesetting method,and those in the control group were given neck m oisten compress therapy combined with acupuncture. The course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups,and the clinical outcome was evaluated based on Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） score,tenderness measured by a pain assessment device,anddifference in temperature between the ipsilateral side and the contralateral side measured by infrared thermal imaging. Results： Both groups had significant changes in VAS score,tenderness,and difference in temperature between the ipsilateral side and the contralateral side after treatment,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sword-like needledecompression combined with Long＇s head-raising and bonesetting method has a satisfactory clinical effect and good patient compliance in the treatment of great occipital neuralgia and has a better clinical effect than neck moisten compress therapy combined with acupuncture.
