摘要
目的：探讨胃癌组织中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3（IGFBP-3）和又头样转录因子04（FOX04）在的表达及与胃癌，临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法：筛选本院手术切除的胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织标本各75例，应用RT-PCR技术检测胃癌组织和对应的癌旁组织中IGFBP-3和FOX04mRNA表达，分析其与胃癌临床病理参数间的关系。结果：胃癌组织中IGFBP-3mRNA和FOX04mRNA阳性检出率分剐为16．67％（12例）、19．44％（14例），明显低于癌旁组织中IGFBP-3mRNA（84．72%，61例）、FOXO4mRNA（86．11％。62例）的阳性检出率（p〈0．01）。胃癌组织中IGFBP-3和FOXO4mRNA的表达显著低于癌旁组织（P〈0．01）。胃癌标本组织中IGFBP-3和FOX04mRNA的表达与胃癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、肿瘤部位无关（P〉0．05），而与浸润深度、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈显著性相关（P〈0．01）。1年期随访：23例死亡，49例存活；死亡组患者入院时胃癌标本组织中IGFBP-3和FOXO4mRNA表达显著低于存活组（P〈0．01）。结论：IGFBP-3和FOXO4mRNA在胃癌组织中低表达，与胃癌的临床病理参数和患者的预后密切相关。
Objective： To investigate expression of IGFBP3 and FOXO4 in gastric cancer tissues and its relation with clinic pathological parameters of gastric cancer and prognosis. Methods： 75 cases of surgical removal of gastric cancer tissue and adjacent tissue of corresponding cancer were selected in the hospital. RT-PCR was employed to detect expression oflGFBP3 and FOXO4 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of corresponding cancer, and the relationship between mRNA expression of IGFBP-3 and FOXO4 and clinic pathological parameter of gastric cancer was analyzed. Results： Positive rate of mRNA expression of IGFBP-3 and FOXO4 in gastric cancer tissues was 16.67% （12 cases） and 19.44% （14 cases） , which was obviously lower than that ofIGFBP-3 mRNA （84.72% of 61 cases） and FOXO4 mRNA （86.11% and 62 cases） in adjacent tissues of corresponding cancer （P〈0.01） . mRNA expressions of IGFBP-3 and FOXO4 in gastric cancer tissues were evidently less than adjacent tissues of corresponding cancer （P〈0.01） . Expressions oflGFBP-3 mRNA and FOXO4 mRNA of gastric cancer tissues was not obviously related to age, sex, size, and tumor location （P〉0.05） , but obviously related to depth of invasion, differentiation degree, TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.01） . 23 cases were survival and 49 cases were dead by 1 year＇s follow-up, and mRNA expressions of IGFBP-3 and FOXO4 of gastric cancer tissues in dead patients were remarkably lower than that in survival cases （P〈0.01） . Conclusion： The mRNA expression of IGFBP3 and FOXO4 in gastric cancer tissues is low and closely related to clinic pathological parameters of gastric cancer and prognosis.
