摘要
随着NB(Notebook,笔记本电脑)产品越来越薄型化发展,对整机系统的机构强度提出更高要求。在NB整机振动测试过程中,会发生许多液晶面板与整机系统机械匹配性的问题,但对此问题的研究还没有系统的评价分析方法。本文建立了动压和静压两种受力模型来分析,为此类不良提供一种新的定量分析评价方法并提出改善方向,且验证可行,具有提前评价及指导开发改善的意义。
As NB (notebook) products become thinner, the requirement for the mechanism strength of the whole machine system is higher. During the process of vibration test of the NB prod- ucts, many problems concerning the integral mechanical matching with LCD panel will oc- cur. So far, there is no systematic evaluation analysis method on this issue. This paper gives an analysis by establishing both dynamic and static pressure models, and provides a new evaluation and quantitative analysis method as well as the improving trend. The test result shows the method is flexible, with the significance of early evaluation and develop- ment & improvement guidance.
