工业水资源利用效率指数的横向截面测度及检验 被引量:1

摘要 基于新型工业化发展的视角,文章利用云模型构建工业水资源利用效率指数及其指标测度体系,测算出中国30个省市1997—2014年的工业水资源利用效率,选取空间探索性数据分析方法检验了工业水资源利用效率的空间关联效应。结果表明,中国工业水资源利用效率局部年份下存在短期波动,但在整体上具有持续提高的发展态势,而区域之间的工业水资源利用效率存在较大差异性,并呈阶梯式分布状态;各省市工业水资源利用效率具有较强的空间正自相关特征,且时序状态下Moran′s I指数表现为上涨态势;空间维度下国内工业水资源利用效率已形成以东部沿海地区为主的高效率空间集聚区和以青海、甘肃、宁夏等省市为主的低效率空间集聚地带。而基于云模型的工业水资源利用效率指数在反映新型工业化背景下的工业水资源利用效率更具全面性。 From the perspective of new industrialization development, this paper utilizes a cloud model to construct industrial water use efficiency index and its index measuring system, and estimates the industrial water use efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 1997 to 2014. The paper also employs exploratory spatial data analysis method to analyze its spatial correlation characteristics. Study results show that there exist short-term fluctuations for the industrial water use efficiency in certain years, but there is a continuous upward trend for the overall development, while the regional industrial water use efficiency is obviously different, with a ladder distribution; the industrial water use efficiency of various provinces has strong spatial autocorrelation characteristics, and the Moran's I index in time series presents a situation of upward movement; domestic industrial water use efficiency forms two agglomeration zones including the high efficiency spatial agglomeration mainly located in the eastern coastal areas, and the low efficiency spatial agglomeration mainly structured by Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia and other provinces. Furthermore, industrial water use efficiency index constructed by using the cloud model is in the position of more comprehensively reflecting industrial water use efficiency under the new industrialization background.
