摘要 对受纵向激励振动的功率超声珩磨工具头的横向辐射声场进行研究,以流固耦合系统运动方程为基础,利用弹性力学对超声珩磨工具头三维横向辐射声场进行理论计算,并通过有限元仿真分析了工具头横向辐射声场的声压分布规律。结果表明,该声场中的声压大小及分布分别与流固界面处振动工具头表面的应力大小和分布相有关。改变激励频率的大小,可以间接地改变横向辐射声场的声压分布。 The transverse radiation sound field of the power ultrasonic honing tool subjected to longitudinal excitation vibration was investigated. The theoretical calculation of the three-dimen- sional transverse radiation sound field of the ultrasonic honing tool based on motion equation of fluid-structure coupling system was performed by the elastic mechanics. Through the finite element simulation, the distribution of sound pressure in the transverse radiation sound field of the tool was analyzed. The results show that the sound pressure and its distribution in the sound field are related to the value and distribution of the stress on the surface of vibrating tool at the fluid structure interface. By changing the frequency, the sound pressure distribution of the transverse radiation sound field can be changed indirectly.
