摘要
目的掌握2012—2016年甘肃省兰州市某医院放射工作人员个人剂量水平及不同年度和工种间的差异,为甘肃省其他医院个人剂量监测重点和方法提供参考依据。方法采用热释光法检测,运用中位数、四分位数间距和Kruskal-Wallis非参数检验进行统计描述和推断。结果研究对象个人剂量处于较低水平,其中放射诊断人员个人剂量2012年高于其他4年(H=113.32,P<0.05),介入人员2015年(H=9.23)和2012年(H=9.48)分别高于2016年(P<0.05);介入(H=146.68)和核医学(H=59.18)人员2012—2016年的年平均有效剂量分别高于放射诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),介入和核医学之间差异无统计学意义(H=0.43,P>0.05)。结论 2012—2016年兰州市某医院放射工作人员职业照射总体安全,应加强对介入和核医学人员的个人剂量监测。
Objective To know the individual dose level of radiation workers and its difference among years and work posts in a hospital in Lanzhou from 2012 to 2016, and to provide reference for individual dose monitoring of other hospitals.Methods Thermo-luminescence detection was conducted, and the median, quartile spacing, Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric test were taken for statistical description and statistical inference. Results The individual dose of the objects was at a low level. The dose of the staff in diagnostic radiology was higher in 2012 than in the other four years（H=113.32, P0.05）, and the dose of intervention group was higher in 2015（H=9.23） and 2012（H=9.48） than in 2016（P0.05）. The average annual effective dose of intervention（H=146.68） and nuclear（H=59.18） staff from 2012 to 2016 were higher than that of diagnostic radiology staff（P0.05）. There was no statistical difference between the intervention and nuclear staff（H=0.43, P0.05）. Conclusions The occupational radiation of workers in the hospital from 2012 to 2016 is safety. The individual dose monitoring in intervention and nuclear staff should be reinforced later.
