Optimization of Air-cooled Battery Thermal Management System Based on Greedy Algorithm

摘要 本文针对风冷式动力电池热管理系统,采用流阻网络模型计算冷却流道内气流速度,采用传热模型计算电池温度,相关模型与贪婪算法相结合,在最佳系统进出口导流板角度的基础上,优化电池间距,从而达到改善系统散热性能的目的。通过典型算例分析了系统结构优化后的散热性能,结果表明,相比文献中的优化结果,本文得到的优化风冷系统进一步减小了电池组的最大温差。 This paper investigates the performance of the air-cooled battery thermal management system. The flow resistance network model is introduced to calculate the airflow velocities in the cooling channels, and the heat transfer model is used to calculate the battery cell temperatures. The greedy algorithm combined with the models is used to optimize the battery cell spacings based on the system with the optimal plenum angles, with the target of improving the performance of the system.Typical cases are introduced to test the performance of the optimized system. The results show that the present optimized system achieves smaller maximum temperature difference of the battery pack than the ones of the optimized systems in the references.
