摘要 课堂观察是新型的听评课教学模式。作为一项专业活动,课堂观察为教师专业发展、提高教学质量提供了良好的渠道和平台。自从课堂观察成为教师开展课堂教学研究的有效手段,关于课堂观察的实践研究也陆续在各地开展并不断深入,且取得了一定的成果。但教师对于课堂观察的认识和理解却大相径庭,对课堂观察争议和质疑也颇多。本文在初步实践和调研的基础上,对课堂观察的内涵、意义和课堂观察中存在的问题进行思考与分析,并进一步提出课堂观察研究的思路和策略。 Classroom observation is a new mode of class observation and evaluation. As a professional activity, classroom observation provided a good medium and platform for the development of teacher's practical knowledge and the quality of educational teaching. The practical research of classroom observation has been developed and deepened around the world one after the other since the classroom observation became an effective methods of carrying ou the classroom teaching research. And it acquires some achievements. But it is different, muchcontroversial and questioned for each teacher to understanding the classroom observation.Based on the research practice, this research has discussed and analyzed the connotation and existing problems of classroom observation. And it further put forward some basic ideas and strategies to research the classroom observation.
