摘要
目的了解南昌市男男性行为者（MSM）寻找陌生同性临时性伴（约炮）行为及其相关因素,进一步探讨风险人群的特征。方法采用QQ及QQ群网络招募的方式,对南昌市常住MSM进行网络问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学特征、性取向、固定同性伴侣情况、与陌生同性＂约炮＂行为及吸烟、饮酒和吸毒行为等。率之间的比较用χ~2检验,多元Logistic回归分析相关因素。结果共调查MSM 433人,年龄18~62岁,年龄中位数为27岁,74.6%（323/433）为未婚,91.2%（395/433）性取向为同性恋,7.9%（34/433）为双性恋。12.9%（56/433）的MSM最近6个月曾与陌生同性发生过寻找临时性伴行为,其中57.1%（32/56）认为最主要原因是有新鲜感、感觉很刺激。发生寻找临时性伴行为前66.1%（37/56）从不会询问对方健康状况,发生寻找临时性伴行为时85.7%（48/56）每次都使用安全套。在MSM中,无固定同性伴侣者发生陌生同性寻找临时性伴行为的可能性是有固定同性伴侣者的10.872倍（95%可信区间：2.167~54.550）。饮酒以及发生过酒后性行为者发生陌生同性寻找临时性伴行为的可能性较高（P〈0.05）。结论南昌市MSM寻找临时性伴行为发生率较低,安全套使用率较高,鼓励MSM寻找并维持与固定性伴的关系、对饮酒及发生过酒后性行为者采取干预措施,有利于减少与陌生同性的寻找临时性伴行为,减少无保护性行为。
Objective To analyze the booty-call behaviors with strange men among men who have sex with men（MSM）in Nanchang,and explore the associated factors.Methods MSM living in Nanchang were recruited,and data were collected through QQ or QQ groups,including basic information,sexual orientation,fixed homosexual partners,booty-call behaviors with strange men,and taking drugs/alcohol.We used Chi-square to analyze ratios and multivariate logistic regression to explore the associated factors.Results Among 433 participants aged between 18-62 years,with median age of 27 years,and 74.6%（323/433）unmarried,91.2%（395/433）of them reported themselves as homosexual,and 7.9%（34/433）as bisexual orientation.12.9%（56/433）had booty-call behaviors with strange men in the last 6 months,and the main reasons for them to hunt for casual sex were for sexual gratification（57.1%,32/56）.66.1%（37/56）never asked the health status of their sexual partners,and 85.7%（48/56）used condoms every time.MSM who did not have fixed homosexual partners would like to have more booty-call behaviors（OR,10.872;95%CI,2.167-54.550）.MSM who drank or had drunken sex,had a higher possibility to have booty-call behaviors with strange men（P0.05）.Conclusion The prevalence of booty-call behaviors among MSM in Nanchang is relatively low and the condom use rate is high.MSM should be educated to pursue fixed sexualpartners with safe sex,and measures be taken to intervene MSM who get drunk or have drunken sex so as to reduce their booty-call behaviors with strange men.
