摘要
随着城市化进程的加速发展,农村老人的养老问题成为影响农村全面小康和社会和谐的突出问题,应高度重视,完善制度,多元主体协同参与,调动经济、政策法律、社会组织、伦理道德等多元化的养老资源协同助力农村养老,形成养老资源多元供给,加快构建农村家庭、社会、政府协同养老新局面。
With the accelerating development of urbanization,the problem of the elderly in rural areas has become an outstanding issue affecting the overall well-to-do level in rural areas and social harmony.It should be highly valued,improved systems,and coordinated participation by multiple entities,mobilizing economics,policies,laws,social organizations,and ethics.Diversified old-age resources,such as ethics,help rural aged people to form a diversified supply of pension resources,and accelerate the establishment of a new situation in rural families,society,and the government.
