摘要
寄售模式在商业活动中的运用日益广泛。本文研究了由海产品供应商和海产品零售商组成的二阶段供应链在寄售模式下的收益共享契约问题,构建了理论模型并运用算例分析对结论进行验证。理论模型的研究显示,当供应商不共享超订海产品的残值时,供应链存在唯一的收益共享比例使得分散决策供应链协同;供应商共享超订海产品残值时,在一定的范围内,存在唯一的收益共享比例和与之相对应的残值共享比例使得整个供应链协同。数值算例的研究显示,分散决策供应链协同时,在一定的收益共享比例范围内,供应商和零售商的期望收益可以任意分割。
The application of consignment sales in business is becoming more and more widespread. A special study is made in this paper that a two-stage supply chain composed of a seafood supplier and a seafood retailer under consignment contract with revenue sharing. This paper constructs a theoretical model by means of the example analysis to verify the conclusion. Theoretical model of the study shows that when the supplier is not shared the salvage of overbooking seafood, there exists an unique revenue sharing percentage which makes the decentralized supply chain coordinating; When the supplier’s share exceeds the salvage value of overbooking seafood, both the proportions of the only extant revenue sharing and a corresponding residual value will make the whole supply chain coordinating in a certain range. Numerical examples have displayed that the supplier and the retailer’s expected can be arbitrarily segmented within a certain scope of revenue sharing proportion when a policy is made for the supply chain coordination in a disperse way.
