摘要
依托某地区铁路扩能改造工程有砟轨道连续梁,阐述了该工程的监控方法和理论,介绍了其监控内容和工具,并实施了变形和应力监控工作。监控结果表明,主梁各节段的高程与设计值差异较小,符合设计控制要求;测得了梁体及内外侧温度变化情况;梁体顶、底板基本均为压应力状态,和理论值基本吻合,顶板应力受光照温度影响变化明显,底板相对较稳定。
Based on a cantilever pouring continuous beam of a ballasted track railway expansion and reconstruction engineering,the monitoring method and theory were expounded and the contents and tools were introduced. Then the deformation and stress monitoring work were carried out.The results showed that the height of each section of main girder was little different from the design value,which met control requirements. The temperature condition of inside and outside girder were measured. The top and bottom plate of girder were both under compressive state,basically consistent with theoretical value. The stress of top plate was obviously influenced by light temperature while the stress of bottom plate was relatively stable.
