摘要
采用三维数值模拟的方法,对下穿既有桥梁的新建道路的软基处理施工工程进行计算,预测了其在各步序施工条件下对桥墩和桥基的变形和应力的影响,并进行相应的分析。结果表明:新建道路的施工,对既有桥梁的位移和应力有一定影响;其中在第8施工步序,既有桥梁的位移和应力为最大值;施工建议为:高压旋喷桩施工采用跳作法;对既有桥桩结构周围土体进行袖阀管桩加固;施工期间延长高压旋喷桩龄期。
By using the method of numerical simulation,to calculate the new road crossing under the existing bridge soft foundation construction,predict the construction conditions in each step of the pier and abutment stress and impact,and the construction procedure of adjacent pile foundation deformation and stress effect on analysis. The results showed that: the construction of new roads,on both the pile displacement and both have a certain influence stress of pile structure; the eighth construction step,the displacement of the existing bridge and the stress is maximum;construction proposals are as follows: construction of high pressure jet grouting pile with jump practice; on both the soil pile structure around the sleeve valve pipe reinforcement; during the construction period to extend the high pressure jet grouting pile.
