摘要
针对DC01罩式退火板用户冲压成形开裂质量问题,通过实验室研究分析碳含量、酸溶铝含量、显微组织与DC01成形性能的关系,发现合理控制DC01碳含量、酸溶铝含量,改善显微组织结构,可使DC01产品成形性能达到DC03水平。
Aiming at the quality problems of crack forming DC01 annealing in the user relationship through laboratory research and analysis of stamping, carbon content, acid soluble aluminum content, microstructure and the forming capability of DC01, find the reasonable control of DC01, carbon content, acid soluble aluminum content, improving microstructure, the formability of DC01 products reached the level of DC03.
