摘要
高炉是现代金属冶炼行业中的核心设备,其本体自上而下分为炉喉、炉身、炉腰、炉腹、炉缸5部分。由于高炉炼铁技术经济指标良好,工艺简单,生产量大,生产效率高等优点,在金属冶炼行业应用十分广泛。但其结构复杂,其中风口的设计、制造直接关系着高炉的使用寿命和应用效率。本文针对我公司为越南榕橘项目建造的4座高炉的风口段制造进行技术分析。
Blast furnace is the core equipment in modern metal smelting industry. Its body is divided into 5 parts, namely, furnace throat, furnace body, furnace waist, bosh and hearth. Because of its good technical and economic indicators, simple process, large production volume and high production efficiency, BF ironmaking technology is widely applied in metal smelting industry. But its structure is complex, and the design and manufacture of tuyere is directly related to the service life and application efficiency of blast furnace. In this paper, we made technical analysis for the manufacturing of 4 blast furnaces in our company for the Vietnam banyan orange project.
