摘要
目的探究中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果。方法针对40例排卵障碍性不孕症患者实施西医治疗(对照组),针对另外40例患者使用中西医结合治疗(观察组),两组患者均为我院2015年3月到2016年6月间收治。结果就治疗的总有效率而言,观察组患者明显较高,观察组为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组均随访1年,对照组妊娠率为45.0%,观察组妊娠率为75.0%。经比较,观察组的妊娠率明显比对照组高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效分析发现,和单纯的西医疗法相比,其不仅能够显著提高患者病情控制的效果,同时还有助于提高患者的妊娠率,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of ovulatory infertility. Methods Forty patients with ovulatory infertility were treated with western medicine（ control group）, and 40 patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine（ observation group）. both groups were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016. Results In the total effective rate of treatment, the patients in the observation group were significantly higher, the observation group was 90.0 %, the control group was 70.0 %, the pregnancy rate was 45.0 % in the control group, and the pregnancy rate in the observation group was 75.0 %. After comparison, the pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the curative effect of ovulation obstructive infertility analysis found that compared with the pure western medicine therapy, it not only can significantly improve the effects of controlled suspensions, and also help to improve the patient＇s pregnancy rate, is worthy of reference for clinical.
